We’re getting crafty this Christmas using lollipop sticks to make these miniature creations, and we think they couldn’t be any simpler and the children will love them. So here are our quick ideas:

Stars

Lollipop Stick Stars

There are a couple of ways you can use the sticks to create these stars, what shape takes your fancy?

What we used:
– Lollipop sticks
– Paint
– Glitter
– Glue
– Buttons

Create the shape of the star you want and add any little details to make it the brightest star in the sky, on ours we have used a lot of sparkly glitter and a few buttons.

Christmas Trees

Again, we have found more than one way to create a shape that resembles a Christmas Tree with the lollipop sticks. Try these…

What we used:
– Lollipop sticks
– Acrylic gemstones
– Tissue paper
– Glitter
– Pom pom’s
– Glue

We have used a few little pom poms that look like Christmas baubles.

Nativity Scene

LollipopNativity

Here we have made something a bit different to the above, a Nativity scene that includes Mary, Joseph, Jesus and an Angel, all figures made out of the lollipop sticks, simple!

What we used:
– Lollipop sticks
– Glue
– Paint

Make sure to be careful when you’re cutting up the lollipop sticks to make the smaller shapes.
