Signing in to the website

Where do I login?

If you have been issued a username and password you can sign into the site from any page on the site by simply entering your details into the Sign In Box located at the top of the right column or clicking on the sign in link on the blue navigation bar.

How do I enter my details?

Your username is not case sensitive but your password is so please take care when entering your details as after 5 incorrect attempts you will be locked out.

I’ve forgotten my username and password

You can simply go to our Username and Password reminder page where you will be asked to enter your email address and either username or account number and we will send you your details via email. If you are unsure of them then please call our web helpline on 0845 330 7750.

I’ve been locked out, what do I do?

If you have been locked out please call our web help line on 0845 330 7750.

Why am I being asked to select “Account / Delivery Point”

If you see this then you are one of our customers which places orders to go to different buildings or sites for your organisation. When you log into the site its asking you where you would like this order to go to. So simply select the relevant account from the account list then the delivery point from options available. If you select a delivery point then decided later on you want to order for a different delivery point simply click on “Switch Delivery Point” and you will be sent back to this screen.
