The Consortium's customer services team praised in audit

The Consortium is pleased to announce that following a recent audit,
BSI has once again accredited
our customer services team with the CCA (Customer Contact Association)
accreditation. The CCA standards are rigorous and stretching and
this accreditation recognises our continuing commitment to both our staff and our customers.
The CCA is recognised as the leading body representing the contact centre
industry and has over 600 members from both private and public sectors.
Customers services has always been a priority at The Consortium. We have been working with schools,
councils and other organisations for over a quarter of a century and our understanding has always been that a
friendly responsive and well trained customer services team is very important to our customers.
Our call centre is UK based and is located at our main office, meaning communication between our main warehouse,
our delivery teams and our administration is very fast and effective. This enables us to respond to customer
queries quickly and thoroughly.
